From Interstate 91 (I-91)
- Take Exit 12 off the Interstate 91 North or South.
- Bear right immediately onto Route 391 North.
- Take Exit 2 off the Route 391 North.
- Turn right onto Center Street.
- Go through two sets of lights.
- Take second right around the City Hall onto Front Street, before the bridge.
- Go through two sets of lights.
- CEL office will be on your left side, directly opposite Brad's Service Ctr.
- Our street address is 725 Front Street.
- Please park in our marked Customer Parking Lot.

From Interstate 90 (Massachusetts Turnpike)
- Take Exit 6 off the Interstate 90 East or West - Springfield exit.
- At the lights, take a left onto Route 291 West.
- Stay right and immediately take Exit 6 off the Route 291 West.
- Go through one set of lights over the bridge.
- At the next set of lights, take a right onto East Main Street (Route 141).
- Go straight through one set of lights.
- At the top of the hill, at the next set of lights, go straight onto Main Street.
- At the Post Office on your left, turn left onto Grove Street.
- Go straight through one set of lights.
- At the next set of lights, by Dunkin Donuts, turn right onto Front Street.
- CEL office will be on your right side, directly opposite Brad's Service Ctr.
- Our street address is 725 Front Street.
- Please park in our designated Customer Parking Lot.
