Insulation Installation Incentive

Whether you are building a new home in Chicopee or have decided to upgrade your existing home insulation, we have good news!

Chicopee Electric Light can reimburse you 30% of installed cost, up to $300, for qualified installations.

Post-installation inspection, assuring compliance with recommended R-values, must be preformed. The customer will also be responsible for providing all receipts and invoices for installed costs and completing the post-installation summary form, to qualify for this municipal incentive.
