Crossroads Fiber High-Speed Internet Service

We are excited to announce the launch of our new Crossroads Fiber website. Chicopee residents and businesses will find information about Crossroads Fiber services and get progress updates.
Potential residential customers will be able to fill out a show of interest form. Business customers can sign up for service. Those businesses in proximity to our existing fiber optic network may be eligible for service now.
Our interactive map displays the areas that are gathering interest, under construction and/or accepting applications for connection. The areas with the highest levels of interest will be prioritized to be built first.
We are on target to begin construction of a pilot area this summer. Once constructed, homeowners and businesses in this area can begin signing up for service. Upon completion of the pilot project, we will move on to other fiber serving areas that have the highest demand.
