Dear Chicopee Electric Light Customer, EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY: Our policy for after hour reconnections will be changing. Any requests for non-payment reconnects will be done up until 8:00 PM Mon thru Sun. Any request after 8:00 PM will be done on the following day. Should you have any questions regarding this change please contact our Customer Service Department Mon thru Fri 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM at (413) 594-2400 or visit our website at www.celd.com.
